Revealed! Kim Kardashian's proposal was reshot for reality show

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are currently in a bitter divorce battle as Kris attempts to prove that Kim married him for publicity. Court documents have emerged which reveal the couple's proposal was reshot for her reality show and conversations about her marriage concerns were filmed after she'd already filled for divorce.Not a reality show after all.
 Keeping Up With The Kardashians executive producer Russell Jay took part in a deposition last month and a transcript of his testimony has emerged . In the exchange, he also suggested Kim has used a tear stick in crying scenes filmed for the show.


Life & Style obtained court documents from the deposition as part of Kris’ fraud case against Kris.Jay revealed Kim didn’t like her reaction during Kris’ proposal so asked for the scene to be reshot.

‘I remember, like, Kim – she didn’t know he was going to propose at that moment,'And she came in and she was completely surprised, and I think she had a bad reaction or something and she was embarrassed.‘So she said can we just, like, have me come back in one more time and be, like, really surprised. Because she had no idea it was going to happen. It was in her bedroom. 

Life &Style reports that Humphries 'feels vindicated’ by the revelations, quoting as source as saying:

‘It’s obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are.’

But TMZ suggests the evidence may backfire on Humphries.The website points out that Kim was described as 'completely surprised' by his proposal, which wouldn't help Humphries prove she fraudulently induced him to marry her.  On May 6 she will appear in court to defend herself as the feud continues.
The reality star filed for divorce from the NBA player on October 21, 2011, after just 72 days of marriage.
