Congrats to MBGN 2013, Miss Anna Ebiere Banner. The 18 year old beat 31 beautiful contestants to win the crown. She will represent Nigeria at the Miss World pageant. The Governor of Bayelsa state also made her his "Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism". A big congrats to her.
