The Osun state government has sent a bill to the state assembly, seeking to cut off the penis of rapists in their state.
The Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Welfare, Mrs. Mofolake Adegboyega said that stringent penalty like cutting off of their “third leg’’ will be appropriate for their offence.
Adegboyega cited Saudi Arabia, where legs and even heads of culprits are cut off for serious offences, stressing that it would not be too much to cut off the manhood of a Molester.

World's Longest Coma Patient Ever Passes Away After 42 Years
Edwarda O'Bara was a high school student in 1970(14yr-old) when she fell ill, threw up her medicine and slipped into a diabetic coma. She died on Wednesday in Miami at the age of 59, after spending four decades in a coma. Her family ( her sister Colleen and mother) stayed by her side, caring for the ailing woman and keeping her company for the past 42 years.

20 Ladies In Mini Skirts Slaughtered In Maiduguri
Barely 24 hours after over ten people were slaughtered in Maiduguri, twenty ladies who wore mini skirts and trousers were Friday slaughtered in their separate homes in Maiduguri Metropolis by yet to be identified gunmen.
This ugly development is one of its kind, as many believed that most of the daily killings in Borno are only targeted at men and security agencies.
According to Vanguard, the slaughtering of about twenty different ladies took place in the early hours of Friday precisely at about 1 to 2am when most of residents were still asleep in their houses due to Curfew imposed on the state in the past five months.
