What a sad way to begin the year!
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor James Avery popularly known for his role as "Uncle Phil has died. Avery had recently undergo open heart surgery and died from complications from the operation in L.A.
Alfonso Ribeiro,who played Avery's son on "Fresh Prince" just posted a message on his Facebook page.
Avery reunited with most of his "Fresh Prince" cast including Will Smith two years ago at a charity event. He died last night age 65.
