Prof Kamene Okonjo, mother of Ngozi Okonjo Iweala freed!!
The 82-year old, who was kidnapped by unknown men on Sunday,9th of December from her residence in Ogbe-Ofu quarters, Ogwashi -Uku, Aniocha south local government area of Delta state, was freed five days after her kidnap.
This was confirmed by the King’s spokesman Chief Oko, who confirmed to our via a phone conversation.
Details about the release are yet to be revealed by her family members and the Nigerian Police Force.
63 people were reportedly arrested in raids conducted during the search for Okonjo including police officers.

A day after the N161B subsidy money was approved and released, Madam Okonjo was released! Hmmm who says Oil Barons are not in charge. She refused to approve the money before!
ReplyDeleteOffcourse, Police will parade people as the kidnappers but forget that thing, we know the whole game. Besides, why did they refuse Press Men from interviewing the old woman?
