Here is what the Plateau state governor said:
“The youth corps members are supposed to receive military training for a year so that when they are through, they can be useful to the society.We need to re-evaluate it and improve on it to include proper military training“

I think so..but not for 2 years! 18 months is enough.. Advanced countries actually make sure able bodied men (optional for women) serve in a military capacity for a year, and so the remaining 8 could be for development in agriculture, education and all other sectors that are degrading! #MyOpinion *now waiting for the gentiles and the critics who want to crucify me*
