Conductor Shot Dead By A Policeman In Ketu(VIEWER DISCRETION IS STRONGLY ADVISED)

Terribly,he did not give me the full details of what actually happened, but he said when he asked a conductor at the scene he said "the policeman caused the death of the boy" . why would a policeman whose duty is to protect end up killing!?

Can't seem to place it anymore,what has our country turned into? Are we still safe?
